Mr. Pomposelli has nearly twenty-five years of experience working in the mortgage markets, including twelve years working as an investment banker in home equity and mortgage-backed securities debt capital markets. Mr. Pomposelli is well known as an expert on how the debt capital markets impact mortgage rates, and structuring purchase and refinance mortgages.

Mr. Pomposelli brings to Perl Mortgage a strong referral network of realtors, builders, financial advisors, attorneys, accountants and other professionals that will drive his origination activity in the Chicago area. In addition to being on the Executive Board of the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce, former Treasurer of the Homebuilders Association of Greater Chicagoland and an active member of The Chicago Association of Realtors, Mr. Pomposelli also holds leadership positions with the Chicago Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Georgetown University Alumni Admissions Program.
