Success Stories

Nick enrolled in our program on 9/6/2013 and had a middle credit score of 693. Nick had 3 negative items on his credit report and his banker indicated that a 720 credit score would be a dramatic help when it came to interest rate and cost of mortgage insurance. Nick had a closing date scheduled for 10/7/2013. A round of disputes went out from GCH and on 10/4/2013 a fresh credit was pulled and the clients middle credit score went up to a 764 and the file closed.

Maria entered our program on 8/27/2013 with credit scores of 532, 504, 500. Among the negatives on her report were a total of 137 late payments and 14 collections. Maria was very motivated and was eager to be able to try and be in a new home before the end of the year. On 10/22/2013, Maria's scores were a 663, 642, 599 and 76 late payments had been removed along with 7 paid collections. Maria has already put in a bid on a home that was accepted. Her loan was approved through automated underwriting and she is now on her way to fulfilling her dream of being a homeowner.

Elliot enrolled in the GCH program on 1/31/2013 with a mid score of 708 and only one negative item on his report that was a thorn in his side (a charge off). After 2 rounds of disputes, that negative item was removed from all 3 credit bureaus and Elliot's mid score shot up to a 765 and he closed on his loan that May.

Matt enrolled in our program on 4/5/2013 with credit scores of 622,594,585. He had 2 fairly recent collections and 4 total late pays on his credit report. On 8/5/2013, his credit scores were 786,777,763. Both collections were no longer on his credit profile and only 1 late was reporting. Matt was ecstatic with the results.
