As a first time home buyer, I had made the mistake of applying for a mortgage with a large commercial bank. Long story short, after months of getting delayed responses (or none at all) and changing closing date three times, my partner and I decided to switch lenders. I'm writing this review on behalf of a refinance client who completed her refinance loan a few months ago and was thrilled that it actually closed, and thus thrilled with Jim. The credit markets are still very tight and lending restrictions can be very frustrating to the borrower. Jim has a strong ability to anticipate underwriting's needs and prepare for their inevitable questions. In this transaction, I would estimate we had to respond to questions and inquiries at least 10 times and Jim was there every step of the way.

He's also sensitive to the personal nature of this business and can do business before/after business hours & via phone, email or even text! No one wants to talk about their finances with someone in the next cubicle over!

Nowadays, going through the mortgage process can be grueling and lengthy....and dont think for a minute that you can find ANYWHERE that it happens overnight!
